Started play music at the age of 6. After graduating from the Kyiv Lysenko Secondary Specialized Boarding School (class of piano of Budnytska), she entered the Tchaikovsky Kyiv State Conservatory (class of piano of Professor Aleksandrov).
In 1978, in Lviv, she won the title of winner of the Ukranian competition. In 1981 she received a diploma at the VI All-Union Piano Competition in Tashkent.

During 1978-1981 she worked for the Revutsky State Male Choir. Toured much the republics of the former Soviet Union.

Since 1981 she has been working as a soloist for the National Philharmonic of Ukraine.

She has a lot of recordings for Ukrainian radio. Participated in concert programs of Ukrainian television. During the years of working for Philharmonic she produced many brilliant concerts: "The Evening of Jazz", "Night Waltz", "Spanish Images", "Chopin and Liszt", "Bach and his Sons," "The Joy of Love", "Night of Fantasy", "Musical Water Extravaganza."
Larysa Deordiyeva has extensive solo repertoire. She can performe many piano concertos: No.1 by Tchaikovsky, No.3 by Beethoven, No.23 by Mozart, No.3 by Prokofiev, "Slavic" by Lyatoshynsky and others. Repeatedly appeared with the Ukrainian National Symphony Orchestra, Lugansk Symphony Orchestra, and Symphony Orchestra of Lviv Philharmonic.

During her long creative life Deordiyeva toured much cities of Ukraine, namely: Nikolaev, Kherson, Odesa, Chernihiv, Poltava. In 2004, traveled on tour in Germany. In 2002-2004, 2008, 2010 toured the Great Britain with concerts organized by Charity Foundation «New Beginnings». The purpose of the tour was to familiarize British students with spiritual musical heritage of Ukraine. She performed works of Bortniansky, Lysenko, Kosenko, Skoryk, Filipenko, and arrangements of Ukrainian folk songs. Proceeds from these charity concerts were transfered to children's hospitals, sanatoriums, and to the Children's House "Malyatko" in Ukraine.
