Maria Vikhlyaeva

In 2007 she graduated from the Kiev Lysenko Secondary Specialized Music Boarding School (class of teacher I.M.Barinova) and in the same year she entered the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine (class of Professor Yu.M.Kot). After having graduated from the Academy in 2012, she continued her studies as a post-graduate student at this Academy.

Since 2010, she has being a soloist of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine.

Maria Vikhlyayeva is a winner of the E. Koka International Competition in Kishinev (Moldova, First Prize), winner of international competitions in Vorzel (2004) and in Tbilisi (2005). As a part of ensemble, she is the winner of the Second Prize of the Bortnyansky First International Competition of Chamber Ensembles (2010).

Repeatedly participated in international festivals in Russia and Ukraine as a pianist (cities of Novgorod and Kyiv) and as a harpsichord player (Krakow, Poland). Played together with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, State Academic Jazz-Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, Academic Symphony Orchestra "Philharmonic" of the Chernihiv Regional Philharmonic Center of Festivals and Concert Programs.
