Oleksandr Kharlamov

Born on January 15, 1984. His music education began at Conducting and Choral Department of the Kyiv Lysenko Secondary Specialized Music Boarding School. Some time later, for family reasons, he moved to Gdansk (Poland), where he continued studying piano at a specialized school classroom of Professor Yudelevych.
After returning to Ukraine, firstly graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (2006). As a 3rd year student of the University, started take lessons in singing with a People's Artist of Ukraine V. Lyubymova. In 2007, after graduating from the Preparatory Department (class of Harkusha), entered the Ist course of the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine, from which he graduated in 2011 with distinction (class of Buymister).

Since January 15, 2010 he has being a soloist of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine. He took part in concert performances of operas "Cherevychky" by Tchaikovsky (producer Iryna Nesterenko, conductor Mykola Dyadyura), "Big" by Bibik (conducted by R. Kofman), "Signor Bruskino" by Rossini (producer Zhuravkov, conductor Protasov). Conducts concert activity.

Works for Opera Studio of Tchaikovsky NMAU by performing leading bass party. Since February 2013 he has being a soloist of the Kyiv Municipal Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre for Children and Youth.

Repertoire: parties of Mephistopheles and Wagner from the opera "Faust" by Gounod; King René and Bertrand from the opera "Iolanta" by Tchaikovsky; Prince Gremin, Zaretsky and Company Commander from the opera "Evgeniy Onegin" by Tchaikovsky; Sobakin and Malyuta Skuratov from opera "The Tsar's Bride" by Rimsky-Korsakov, Imam from the opera "Zaporozhets beyond the Danube" by Gulak-Artemovs'ky; many ballads, folk songs and opera arias.

The winner of the III International Competition "Premier 2012" ( Kyiv, Ist prize) and the All-Ukrainian competition "New Names of Ukraine" (2006).
