Boris Loboda

Graduated from the Karpenko-Kary Kiev Institute of Dramatic Art (faculty of acting technique). Having graduated, worked as an actor of the Voronezh Dramatic Theater (Russia) and the Kiev Theater of Young Spectator. Since 1978, has been working as an actor-elocutionist of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine. His repertoire consists of works of Ukrainian, Russian and foreign writers.

Borys Loboda belongs to the special cohort of intellectual actors having an exceptional gift to bring the talented word of authors to the listener and create integral image of hero, using nuances of timbre of voice and logical accents.
In the program «Literary readings» Borys Loboda presents the living word of Ukrainian Classics: Ivan Franko, Lesya Ukrainka, Myhaylo Kotsyubynsky, Todos Osmachko and many others.

B.Loboda is an author of the literary composition in musical-dramatic presentation of the National Philharmonic devoted to the 189th anniversary of birth of T.Shevchenko. Heart-to-heart and penetrating voice of B.Loboda often sounds on the Ukrainian Radio. In the program «Poetry of the Conscience Prisoners» on the channel of spiritual revival «Culture» he presents poetic works of Mykola Rudenko, Myhtod Volinets, Volodymyr Kosovsky, Ivan Svitlychny. In the broadcast «Golden gate» he narrates about long-suffering life of former political prisoner - Patriarch Volodymyr. A lot of interesting and useful thins can be found by young listeners in the broadcasts “Book is your friend”, “Music pages”, EiBiCi, “Evening lullaby” and in radio-plays devoted to actual and topical themes of our life.

Borys Loboda recites texts of Universals of the Central Pada, history works of Myhaylo Grushevsky, Ivan Krypiakevych, essays about prominent Ukrainians (Ivan Ogienko, Symon Petlyura, Evgen Konovalets, Petro Konashevych-Sagaydachny, and many others).
In 2003, in the composition of creative group of the National Radio Company of Ukraine (channel of spiritual revival «Culture»), B.Loboda was rewarded with the International Prise «Triumph».
