Professor Roman Kofman


     Mykola Dyadiura was born on August 5, 1961 in Kiev, Ukraine.
1987 He graduated from the Tchaikovsky Kiev State Conservatorie , where he studied Conducting at the class of the People's of Ukraine, Professor Roman Kofman.
1987 4th award and special prize of the Japanese Conductors' Association at International Competition of Conductors MIN-ON, Tokyo, Japan.
After the competition in Japan Seiji Ozava invited him for training in the Summer Musical Academy at Tenglewood, USA, where he studied under the guidance of Seiji Ozava, L.Bernstain, and A.Previn.
1988 4th prize of the International Competition of Conductors in Budapest, Hungary.
1986-1988 Principal conductor and Artistic Director of the Symphony Orchestra of the Omsk Philharmonic (Russia).
From 1988 Conductor of the Shevchenko's National Opera and Ballet Theater of Ukraine.
and to date
1989 Principal conductor of the Seoul Symphony Orchestra and of the Kwang ju Symphony Orchestra in Seoul (Korea).
From 1996 Principal Conductor of the Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine.
